Siwan Richards

Siwan joined the e-sgol team as Onwards with Welsh Project Manager in February 2023. The role promotes confidence-building sessions and sharpening skills in speaking Welsh for pupils aged 16-18, under the sponsorship of the National Centre for Learning Welsh in partnership with e-sgol. Siwan co-ordinates the work for the project including promoting the sessions to gain pupils’ interest, ensure registrations, arrange the sessions, liaise with tutors, right through to congratulating the successful pupils.

Siwan has worked within Communications throughout her career, spending nearly a decade leading the Communications Team within Local Government. Her main interests lie in developing good communications, sharing user friendly information and project management.

Beyond the 9-5, Siwan enjoys spending time with her family outdoors or on holiday in the caravan, reading at any opportunity, walking her way around the area and has recently taken up cold water therapy!
